My humble beginnings as a caregiver began nearly two decades ago. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Henderson State University and have since had the pleasure of serving in many areas of nursing. My experience ranges from pediatrics to geriatric, hospice, orthopedics, oncology, medical/surgical, charge nurse and nursing supervisor.

Over the years, I've worked in construction, customer service, and leadership roles. My experience involved establishing and maintaining client relationships and working diligently  to retain content, skilled workers. At the core of any job is the essential need to have a heart for service, and that servant heart carries into care-giving for our elderly.

Jinny is passionate about helping others. She has over a decade experience caring for those with medical and memory care needs. Jinny is currently working toward earning her RN degree with a goal of becoming a trauma nurse.
